Responsibilities and Duties
•Primarily responsible for patients' clinical care, including delivering treatment based on diagnosis to achieve optimal patient care
•Fully diagnose and communicate treatment options to patients
•Ensure diagnosis and treatment planning occurs at the highest level
•Motivate and educate patients to achieve optimal oral health
•Molar Endo, Extractions, Periodontal surgeries, Invisalign (assets)
•Full Soft Tissue Program in effect
•Establishes life-long patient relationships, ensuring retention and loyalty
•Active listening and uses effective communication skills
•Place patient care calls to those who have had intensive and/or difficult treatment (same day or next day)
•Help the Management team grow the practice to its fullest potential
•Bridge the clinical and administrative functions for the whole team to be cohesive and united
•Partner with Practice Manager and all others in the practice to build and maintain trust and positive team relationships
•Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to create treatment plans for every patient, diagnosing and presenting options in detail
•Attends and actively participates in team meetings
•Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice
Qualified to practice Dentistry in Ontario, ODA, CDA member
About the Practice
Our established family practice is seeking an experienced, high energy Dentist join our family.
We are a modern office with digital x-rays and a paperless software.
1-2 days a week with the opportunity to increase hours as we increase our new patient base.
